What you love about your job?

The team of people on ward 8 are very supportive and we all get on really well which makes for a good work environment. I really enjoy working with patients and their families and seeing patients going home well. As a lot of our patients tend to be long term it gives me great satisfaction when they’re finally well enough to go home. Since qualifying as a nurse just over a year ago I’m really enjoying developing my skills and having the opportunity to learn new things.
