There are two opportunities to join our talented IT Training Team, in both a full time and part time capacity. As an IT Trainer you will deliver training for new and existing IT systems using multiple methods of delivery from large lecture theatres, to individual sessions and virtual delivery. Alongside delivering training you will support end users remotely or in their place of work, which can include offices, wards, theatres, clinics or other sites across the Trust.

Service Owners provide a vital function to frontline clinical staff across the organisation, ensuring that digital solution(s) are fit for purpose, maintained and developed throughout their lifecycle. The post holder will be the technical lead for a suite of new infection control systems including ICNet Infection Prevention, ICNet Surveillance, ICNet Pharmacy and Outbreak Manager. This post will be at the forefront of ensuring the smooth and efficient implementation of developments related to these business-critical tools and will be a driving force for continuous improvement.

SystmOne Product Owner - Band 7

As a SystmOne Product Owner, you will be the solution expert providing system, process, and problem resolution expertise across the forty five Trust services using SystmOne. The post holder will plan, oversee and validate the integration of clinical information applications including the build and testing processes with other clinical and non-clinical applications across the Trust, promoting good software design and development practices, with a special focus on overall quality and performance. The post holder will lead a team of Developers and Application Support Officers, to support the delivery of all enhancements and fixes to the SystmOne product.
