This team works closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure a good understanding of systems and solutions. The team supports the induction and onboarding of new staff, specific support for new functionality and enhancing digital skills.

This team works closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure that solutions are designed to meet the functional needs of our services. They also support the development of new features to enhance the experience and efficiency of the application.

This function is made up of project managers, coordinators and business analysts who deliver the Trust-wide digital strategy. This team is supported by the Project Management Office, which provides governance, coordination, benefits management and risk management to the team.

This team works closely with programme delivery and application management teams to ensure all solutions and initiatives are released safely. They are responsible for the design and delivery of supporting test strategies. Clinical and functional testing are supported by the operational and clinical leads. There is a strong culture of ensuring clinical safety and compliance with national standards.

IT Service Management (5 Roles, 0 Vacancies)

IT Service Management encapsulates two very distinct functions to support clinical and operational teams; they are our customer facing Service Support functions including the Service Desk, Switchboard and Desktop Services, providing Incident, Problem and Change Management function and Infrastructure Services providing the technical expertise to ensure the supporting Network, Telephony, End User devices and Data Centre service remain operational 24x7
